We were dispatched, along with Oak Island Fire Department and Oak Island Police Department, for a report of 2 people who appeared to be struggling in the water, with only their heads visible. We responded with our surf-launch boat, truck 4482, and the drone. As we arrived on the beach, we were notified that the people were safely back on the beach.
