We were dispatched to the beach near 54th Place West for a report of 2 individuals struggling to stay on a board of some kind and far offshore. While enroute with our surf-launch boat, our Chief and several members already on scene made contact with the mother of one of the 2 children and she advised they were fine and do this all the time. The can was then cancelled.
